Amazing tempura, huge portions for lunch, delicious free salad appetizer. Authentic food and flavor, even K-pop sounds.

Haven't eaten from here since the pandemic. Stopped in recently for lunch. Had shushi/sashimi only. Fresh and delicious just like I remembered and they offered a free tasting during lunch hour of another roll. The young server obviously lacks experience but was trying.

YamaFuji is a bit of a mixed bag - the exterior is really run-down looking, but the inside looks quite nice. The bathrooms were quite dirty - it felt like nobody cleaned them (there was no soap, for starters). Our server quoted the current day's deals incorrectly but he was really friendly and accommodated us well. The food came out really slowly but it was delicious! We got the salmon lover roll and some spicy salmon tempura rolls and both were delicious and a reasonable price too. Overall, not the best experience but the food was good enough that I'd consider going back.

The food was pretty good and the staff was nice. Some dishes were interesting (in a good way), like the tofu noodle soup with mountain vegetables. The dishes came out when ready and were very far apart and we were mostly done when my child received her meal, for example. It would be great if they had more tofu options.

I have eaten here for many years and have never had less than an amazing meal! The service is friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean as are the bathrooms. Their sushi is top notch!

The sushi was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. I had the pork katsu which was delicious, hot and huge! Our server was very polite and prompt. Overall a great experience and excellent food! Highly recommend and would absolutely return and bring friends and family.
